2022 Gibson Tony Iommi Signature SG Special - Vintage Cherry

Signature Tony Iommi SG finished in Vintage Cherry finish. It is in near mint-condition with no dings and just a couple of tiny surface blemishes that aren't visible unless bouncing light onto the surface and closely inspecting. The front face is totally mint, the frets are exceptional and it has no breaks or repairs.

This premium-quality SG variant is crafted by the Black Sabbath legend himself and inspired by his heavily-modified 1964 Gibson SG. The spec includes a lightweight solid Mahogany Body with comfortable rounded profile bound Mahogany Neck, Indian Rosewood fingerboard with 12" radius, medium jumbo frets, adjustable wraparound bridge, Aluminium Stop Bar, and Grover tuners.

 
It's fitted with two Gibson P-90 single coil pickups, with independent Volume and Tone controls. These soapbar-style pickups produce a sound that is both bright and rich - not quite as crisp as a traditional single coil, or quite as thick as a humbucker, but somewhere that sits nicely inbetween. They are perfectly suited to a wide range of music, from Blues to Metal and everything inbetween, and they sound superb.

It comes complete with its original case, signature monkey sticker, candy and paperwork as pictured.
