Stunning Gretsch G6136-CS White Falcon Relic – a ‘1 of 1’ Masterbuilt guitar by the now retired ‘Stephen Stern’, one of Fender/Gretsch’s best ever master-builders.

This was purchased a couple of years ago for approx £14k as an investment guitar, it is in practically mint condition with very little sign of wear to the frets.

It was built for the NAMM show, where every year Stephen Stern personally made one unique ‘best in class’ guitar for the show, and this was his submission. Only 1 of these was made and the ageing is beautiful, lots of lacquer checking on close inspection, which we've tried to capture on the close-up photograph.
The spec is very cool - it has a Supertron pickup at the neck and a Filtertron pickup at the bridge which both sound incredible, and it is worth watching the video of Rabea Massaad and Danish Pete lusting over this very guitar to hear how good it sounds. 

The switching is also unique to this guitar - including mud/tone switching, the ability to power decrease the pickups, a kill switch and blend etc. Other features include a comfortable medium profile neck with Ebony fingerboard, Grover Imperial tuners and a Bigsby tremolo.
