Custom Shop '58 Reissue Les Paul in the highly desirable Lemon Burst finish.

It's in excellent condition with just a couple of blemishes on close inspection - as detailed on the close-up photos. The back of the neck has been lightly sanded to remove the traditional 'stickiness' and then oiled to give it a luxurious smooth feel - its wonderful to play. The frets are excellent and there's no breaks or repairs.

Articulate and resonant, this R8 is a great example of Gibson Custom Shop quality, and a textbook example of what quality tonewoods are capable of. There are few things finer than the rich warmth of mahogany paired with a carved maple top that adds cut and attack. The quartersawn mahogany neck has a chunky but comfortable 50’s rounded profile and it has a Rosewood fretboard with Pearloid trapezoid inlays, Nickel hardware, ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with Stopbar Tailpiece, and Deluxe vintage style tuners. It has beautiful dye bleed to give it that true and accurate, vintage feel. The  Custombucker pickups sound superb and you get a 3-way toggle switch, 2x Volume, 2x Tone controls with vintage-style dial pointers.
 
Finally it comes complete with its original hardshell case, candy, paperwork and certificate of authenticity.
