Stunning Custom Shop Gretsch Duo Jet – built by the acclaimed and retired masterbuilder, Stephen Stern.
It has a superb factory relic finish and is covered in lacquer checking on close inspection (see close-up photos where we've tried to illustrate this in more detail). There is no discernible user wear.
This Duo Jet has a chambered mahogany body with arched maple top gives it that lovely mix of snap, weight relief and airy response. It has a pair of sweet sounding DeArmond vintage style pickups, a comfortable medium C profile neck, Ebony fingerboard, open gear tuners and a Bigbsy vibrato tailpiece.
This top of the range and highly-collectible guitar comes with its original hardcase, paperwork and candy as pictured.
