USA Les Paul Standard HP-II finished in Heritage Cherry Fade and with a stunning flamed top.

 

This high-performance rock machine is in excellent condition with just minor wear and blemishes - as highlighted on the pics under direct lighting to exaggerate them (as in normal lighting most aren't visible). Some lovely lacquer checking/ageing on the reverse on close inspection. No breaks or repairs, and everything works as it should.

 

The HP Les Paul was described as the ultimate players guitar - featuring high quality construction, premium hardware and advanced electronics for insane levels of versatility. It features a Mahogany body with ultra-modern weight relief and belly scarf for comfort, a highly figured Maple AAA top, Mahogany neck with comfortable asymetrical slim-taper neck with fast access heel (perfect for soloing), Chrome hardware and Grover tuners.

 

The Burstbucker Pro Rhythm and Pro Lead+ pickups give this guitar its distinctive yet versatile voice. Delivering plenty of power, these high-output humbuckers can handle copious amounts of gain if you want them to, with a strong mid-range that keeps them punchy and clear. With clean settings, the Burstbuckers Pro’s sound open and wide, especially when both pickups are engaged using the toggle switch’s middle position.  You can easily manipulate the sounds of the pickups via their dedicated volume and tone pots, but there’s some clever circuitry hidden beneath the surface. With all controls boasting a push-pull function, the volume knobs allow you to coil-tap the humbuckers, meaning that you can capture convincing single-coil sounds.

 

If you open up the electronics cavity at the back, you’ll find a number of internal DIP switches. Letting you affect the circuitry, these switches give you an unbelievable amount of flexibility to influence the overall sound of the guitar. A sticker is included on the back to show you exactly what these switches do, so it's easy to use.

 

Finally it comes with the original premium composite hard case - plus its paperwork and candy as pictured.
