Stunning Gretsch G6136-CS Black Falcon Relic – a Masterbuilt guitar by the now retired ‘Stephen Stern’, one of Fender/Gretsch’s best ever master-builders.
The ageing on this guitar is exceptional - very authentic and with lots of lacquer checking on close inspection, which we've tried to capture on the close-up images.
Features include a Maple body with comfortable relatively chunky '59 profile Maple relic neck with Ebony fingerboard, Grover Imperial tuners and a Bigsby tremolo. The Filtertron pickups sounds fantastic, with classic Gretsch tone.
