2015 PRS S2 Vela – Vintage Cherry

USA-made Paul Reed Smith finished in Vintage Cherry Red. This is the premium gloss S2 edition, and not to be confused with the lower grade ‘satin’ version. It's very lightweight at only 6lb 10oz, and is in excellent condition with just a couple of minor blemishes as per the pics. 

It features an asymmetrical / offset Mahogany body with gloss finish, a Mahogany neck, with comfortable Pattern Regular profile, Rosewood board with 10” radius and dot inlays. You also get low mass locking tuners, and PRS designed plate-style bridge with brass saddles for improved sustain, intonation and tuning stability.

The Starla humbucker and Type D single coil pickups sound excellent with plenty of punch, and it's super-versatile with coil-tapping and 3-way selector switch. Great for both thicker humbucker tones and thinner single coils as required.

It comes with its original premium PRS gig bag and paperwork as pictured.
