2015 Gibson Limited Edition Trini Lopez ES-335 - Ebony

Desirable limited-edition Trini Lopez ES-335f finished in classic Ebony. This guitar is number 18 of only 200 made and combines classic ES-335 ‘semi’ tone and feel, but with some unique appointments. 

It is in excellent condition with no notable dings, and just some minor surface marks on close inspection (mainly out of sight on the rear ) we have tried to illustrate these on the photos, but this is a particularly challenging guitar to photograph as the gloss black surface acts like a mirror!  The blemishes are very minor and as to be expected on a black/used guitar - they are only visible on close inspection. The frets are also in excellent condition and there are no breaks, repairs or issues.

The Trini Lopez has many distinctive features including diamond f-holes, diamond inlays, rolled vintage neck binding, period correct appointments, Trapeze tailpiece with Rosewood insert and Trini Lopez badge, 60’s Kluson ‘six on a strap’ tuners and the classic headstock design used on the Firebird.

Other features include the Maple Maple/Poplar/Maple top, back and sides, lightweight centre-block, Mahogany neck with comfortable slim-taper profile, dark Rosewood fingerboard with 12” radius and 22 frets. It has Burstbucker Pro pickups, 3-way switching, plus volume and tone control.

It is a guitar that sounds as good as it looks, with big iconic Gibson tone. It comes complete with its original hard case, COA with individual numbering, and paperwork.
