Limited-run and super collectible Dave Grohl Signature -  number 344 of the 400 made.

It has a very old professional headstock repair that was completed by internationally renowned James Collins (one of the few Gibson approved retailers). It wasn't a snapped neck but a rear crack/splinter, (the front face was undamaged) and is a tidy repair that is completely stable. Aside from the repair there are very little sign of use on the guitar at all, only very minor blemishes on very close inspection.

The ES335 has been an icon in the semi-hollow guitar world since 1958, but this Dave Grohl signature version adds a new dimension to the classic design. Dave Grohl, known for his work with Nirvana and the Foo Fighters, collaborated closely with Gibson to create his perfect ES335. The choice of the striking Gold Metallic finish reflects Grohl's love for vintage 1960s Gibsons, yet with a modern twist that perfectly suits his energetic stage performances.

The three-ply maple/poplar/maple construction ensures the perfect balance between warmth and clarity, while the diamond-shaped soundholes add a subtle yet recognisable Dave Grohl signature touch. The mahogany neck, featuring a rounded C-profile, offers the comfort Grohl requires for his powerful playing style, and the white binding complements the beautiful Gold finish to give the guitar a classic look.

Equipped with Gibson Burstbucker pickups, it delivers the versatility for which Dave Grohl is known. From the warm, subtle tones of the neck position to the aggressive, rocking sounds of the bridge pickup, this guitar perfectly handles everything from the delicate passages of "Everlong" to the powerful riffs of "The Pretender."
