Kurt Cobain, Grunge's leading light is given his own retrospective tribute with this signature Jaguar - commonly used in his time with Nirvana. This is the rarer 'Road Worn' relic version which was only made for a few years before being discontinued, and has become highly sought after with both players and collectors alike.

It is based on his heavily modified 1965 Jaguar, where the traditional pickups were changed to a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers, namely a Super Distortion in the bridge and a PAF in the neck. This of course completely changes the sound: the spiky, nasal twang of the Jag is replaced with thick, powerful humbucker rock sounds; it's a very chunky sound!

The rosewood neck is bound and the headstock is small like a Stratocaster. Even the infamous Jaguar tone controls have been simplified to a three way toggle and a brace of volume and tone knobs. Other features include a comfortable modern C profile neck, 9.5" radius, medium jumbo frets, Gotoh tuners, and floating tremolo tailpiece with lock button.

It comes complete with its original case, paperwork, trem arm and limited Kurt Cobain book. The value of these will only continue to increase, so don't miss the opportunity with this beautiful example.
