2014 Fender Custom Shop 60th Anniversary '54 Stratocaster Heavy Relic – 2 Tone Sunburst

Stunning limited-edition Diamond Anniversary guitar built to celebrate the 50^th birthday of the strat. It is finished in classic Sunburst and has a quality heavy relic finish, so expect lots of lacquer checking etc. The ageing is difficult to fully capture on photos and has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. There is no notable non-factory wear on the guitar.

It features a stunning one-piece lightweight Ash body and a chunky and silky smooth U-shaped, 1-piece Quartersawn Maple neck, 9.5” radius fretboard, and tall 6105 frets for maximum playability. Fender Custom Shop has outdone themselves with minor “time period” correct details like the Pat. Pending string saddles, Bakelite Mini Skirt knobs and Bakelite pickup covers, accurate tremolo back cover with serial number and small round “string thru” holes, and correctly placed dot fret markers. The Custom Shop 1954 Strat pickups for this limited run sound absolutely superb and it has a 5-way switch for versatility.

It comes with its original paperwork and paperwork etc as pictured.
