Gibson Custom Shop '59 reissue VOS finished in Faded Tobacco Burst and with a stunning highly-figured flame top that we've photographed in both studio and also natural light for comparison.

 

The ’59 is the holy grail of Les Pauls and this one is a fantastic example, in near-mint condition and with no dings or fretwear. A couple of barely noticeable little marks if closely inspecting (that we've exaggerated heavily in our close-up photos).

 

The Custom Shop have recreated the iconic guitar with incredible accuracy and attention to detail. It features a lightweight Mahogany body, flamed Maple top, chunky ‘C’ shape mahogany neck, Rosewood fretboard, 22x medium jumbo frets, ABR-1 bridge and stopbar tailpiece.

 

Under the bonnet, it's top quality all the way, with Burstbucker pickups, CTS pots and Bumblebee caps which all translates into a truly magical tone plugged in -  it’s bright, full and powerful whilst also being dynamic with plenty of resonance and sustain. Anyone who plays this guitar will instantly feel where the legendary status of the '59 comes from.

 

It comes complete with its original case, COA and paperwork as pictured.
