The Duesenberg 52 Senior mixes vintage and modern design, and is surprisingly versatile given its simple single P-90 pickup design.

This example is in very good condition with just minor wear/blemishes on close inspection. Most blemishes are predominantly out of sight on the back and sides, with many of the those we've photographed not being visible unless bouncing light onto the surface. We've done our best to photograph these but the black gloss surface acts as a mirror so reflections are impossible to avoid. In reality it's a lovely example, the frets are excellent, and everything works as it should without issue.

The chambered mahogany body gives you a great, warm tone designed not only to make the weight of the Duesenberg 52 Senior easy to manage but provide it with a great resonance and balance. The comfortable medium profile mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard provide an earthy tone and feel, while the brass wrap-around bridge with its steel saddles enables immediate and precise transfer of vibration from strings to body so you get great sustain.

The 52 Senior scores additional points, too, thanks to ingenious wiring that essentially pulls three different high-quality tones out of one pickup, making it a guitar that can handle any situation with ease and style. The first position is fat and present, a typical P90 sound. Position 2 is a glassy, full-bodied tone perfect for rhythm. Position 3 is a bell-like and volumetric, the characteristic sound of a P90 neck pickup.

Finally it comes with a non-original hard case to keep it protected. The case is fully functional with all the clasps working perfectly, but is in fair condition with wear, and the lock has been removed.
