When the Gibson Custom shop were asked to make what they consider to be the ultimate ‘modern’ Les Paul’ this is the result. The highest quality build with the highest quality materials available, including a AAAAA Flame Maple top to die for. It is a jaw dropping Les Paul from a very desirable period, with huge sustain, bright attack and a solid bottom end making this a true dream guitar. 

It is in excellent condition with just minor wear/blemishes (most of which are invisible unless closely inspecting and whilst bouncing light onto the surface as we have done in the photos to exaggerate them significantly). From 30cm away in normal lighting conditions the guitar looks mint from the front. A couple of surface blemishes at the bottom of the neck as pictured, which are on the underside and not felt when playing at all. The frets are in exceptional condition with no notable wear, there's no breaks or repairs, and everything works as it should. 

You get all of the traditional custom specs including a Mahogany body, that incredible Flame Maple top (photographed in both studio and natural light for comparison),a slim-medium 60s style C profile Mahogany neck, Rosewood fingerboard, ABR-1 bridge and vintage style tuners. The Burstbucker 1/2 humbuckers provide exceptional PAF tone, perfect for blues and classic rock leads. 


It's lightweight for a solid-body Les Paul at only 8lb 9oz, and comes complete with its original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity and paperwork.
