Iconic, vintage Les Paul Custom finished in classic Wine Red.

This is a beautiful example in excellent condition for its age. Some minor blemishes on close inspection (as exaggerated on our photos under direct studio lighting) and some light ageing to the binding. The gold hardware is in incredible condition for a guitar of this age, and the frets are also excellent. No breaks or repairs and everything works as it should.

You get all of the traditional custom specs including the Mahogany body with custom binding, comfortable medium-profile Mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard, Pearl block inlays and gold hardware. Tone-wise this guitar really sings and the original 490/498 pickups sound huge when driven.

It comes with a vintage Gibson Protector hard case (also excellent condition and valuable on their own merit) and its original paperwork.
