Stunning vintage ES-175 finished in classic Sunburst. The ES-175 debuted in 1949 and has remained the world's favourite jazz box ever since - it's a timeless classic.

Very good condition for age with some minor dings and marks as you'd expect on a vintage guitar. We've highlighted blemishes under direct lighting to exaggerate them on the photos, but it's been carefully looked after. The frets are in excellent condition with minor wear.

It features a Maple top for bright and resonant tone alongside Mahogany back and sides. The solid Mahogany neck has a comfortable slim/medium 'C' profile, Rosewood fingerboard and 12"radius, which is perfect for all those sweeping jazz runs. You also get Gibson deluxe tuners, tailpiece, chrome hardware and a pair of original humbuckers which sound fantastic, offering slick tones perfect for jazz and many more genres. Finally there is volume/tone controls plus 3-way switching for versatility.

As a bonus is also comes with a pair of f-hole covers (£50) which were bespoke crafted for this guitar, and which help to reduce feedback at loud volumes or when using gain. A quality hard-case is also included to keep it protected.
