1978-81 Fender American Telecaster – Natural

Stunning vintage USA tele that was originally red but has been stripped back to natural at some stage in its long life. 

It’s in good condition with wear and some discolouration as per the photos. Lots of character and definite vintage vibes! It’s just been treated to new medium jumbo frets and a new nut (both professionally fitted) and is all set-up and ready for many years of fun for its lucky new owner.

It has a beautiful Ash body a comfortable slim/narrow Maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard, 3-saddle bridge, F-stamp tuners, and its original pickups for classic telecaster tone.

As is often the case with Fenders from this period, it’s difficult to accurately date the guitar. The serial number reads as 1978, the neck stamp is 1980 and pots 1981.

It’s paired with a vintage-style hard case to keep it protected.
