1973 Fender American Telecaster Custom – Wine

Beautiful vintage American telecaster finished in the rarer Wine Red, and with a beautifully figured body on close inspection.

It's in very good condition for age with just very wear and blemishes as per the photographs - we've bounced light onto the surface to try and make these visible and exaggerate them significantly. The frets are in excellent condition, and everything works as it should without issue.

 
It has a Maple neck with a comfortable slim/narrow profile, Rosewood fingerboard and 6-saddle bridge. The Fender tuners and pickguard have been upgraded at some stage of its long life. It has the 'Keith Richards-style' Wide Range Humbucker at the neck, famous for it's thick, full sound, alongside a single coil at the bridge, giving the guitar a wide-range of tones to work with. It's a lovely example which sounds fantastic, and comes with a vintage Fender case (1 missing catch but fully functional).
