Premium Custom Shop Telecaster in stunning faded/aged Surf Pearl and with Josefina Campos handwound pickups! This was purchased months ago brand new for £4995, so a great opportunity to save well over £1000 on this stunning mint example.

The fairly heavy relic detailing has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated – it’s covered in lacquer checking. It features an Alder body twinned with a 5/4 Quarter Sawn Maple neck with a comfortable 60’s style Oval-C profile, Rosewood board with rolled edges, 9.5” radius, medium vintage frets, and vintage style tuners and bridge. We have noticed that the Rosewood board is actually a premium slab board, and not the veneer/laminate listed on the spec sheet.

The highly-desirable handwound Josefina Campos pickups sound sounds absolutely superb – giving you everything from grinding tone, to classic tele spank and snap. You get a Twisted Tele single coil at the neck position and a 51 Broadcaster single coil at the bridge. It has the traditional tele tone/volume and 3-way switch.

It comes complete with its original Custom Shop case, alongside its tags, paperwork, shopfloor traveller, ashtray cover, custom shop magazine, strap and certificate of authenticity etc
