The Tokai ES-180 is the classic stop-tail electric-spanish 'ES' design made famous by early rock’n‘roll and blues musicians. It is essentially Tokai's answer to the Gibson ES-335, offering premium Japanese craftsmanship but at a lower price-point than comparable Gibsons.

It is in excellent condition - with just a few minor blemishes that we have highlighted (and exaggerated) under direct studio lighting to make them more visible for the photos. No breaks or repairs, the frets are excellent, and everything works as it should.

No small vintage detail has been overlooked on the ES-180 – accurately reproducing the tone and feel of one of the most influential guitar models of all time. It has a Canadian Maple back/sides and arched top, African Mahogany one piece set-neck with comfortable Asymmetrical U shape profile, Indian Rosewood fingerboard with medium jumbo frets, Gotoh tuners and 2x sweet sounding PAF-Vintage MK2 humbucker pickups. It comes complete with its original case and paperwork.
