Rare limited-edition Custom Shop Advanced Jumbo (AJ) finished in Vintage Sunburst. This is 1 of only 65 made and is in mint condition - it's one that will appeal to both players and collectors.

Since 1935, the Gibson Advanced Jumbo has combined graceful sloped shoulders with a longer 25.5" scale to deliver clarity, power, and balance in sound. Originally conceived as the top-of-the line flattop, the AJ is considered by many to be Gibson's best-sounding dreadnought guitar.

Features of this premium and limited-edition run include a VOS Nitrocellulose lacquer finish, J-45 Round Shoulder body style, Thermally cured Adirondack Spruce top, Traditional scalloped X bracing, Rosewood back and sides, Single ply Cream binding, Bound 12” radius Rosewood fingerboard with the Mother of Pearl Diamond and Arrow inlays on a comfortable slim-profile Mahogany neck, Schaller open tuners and LR Baggs to ensure it sounds just as good when amplified as it does acoustically. There are Volume and Tone controls in the soundhole for tonal flexibility.

This beautiful guitar is fully protected by its original hardshell case and is complete with its paperwork.
