2008 Fender Custom Shop ’50s Esquire Relic – Lake Placid Blue

Custom Shop Esquire with additional 'hidden' neck pickup, and finished in Lake Placid Blue and with a beautiful aged relic finish. 

This was a special limited-run model produced for the NAMM show. It's in excellent condition with minor signs of use.

It features a premium lightweight body with binding, a comfortable slim/medium profile soft-V heavy relic neck,  vintage style tuners and bridge and 1 ply pickguard. The big bonus is a premium Seymour Duncan Custom Shop 'Secret Agent' neck pickup installed under the pickguard and that compliments the factory fitted Seymour Duncan BG bridge stacked bridge pickup, providing telecaster versatility. The neck pickup was professional installed by Charlie Chandler and it has a 3-way selector for switching. The wiring is first position traditional Esquire straight through bridge, second position is bridge and neck with tone engaged, third position is neck only.

It comes with its original case, certificate of authenticity, paperwork and candy as pictured.
