Shipping Policy
We consider ourselves as experts in safely shipping guitars, having shipped thousands across the world without issue.
All guitars are sent via tracked delivery and packaged securely using an appropriate box and materials.
We try to dispatch all orders within 1 business day where possible, and our UK service is a super-fast overnight delivery, and fully insured.
Once purchased, we will agree a specific date with the buyer for when the guitar will be be delivered. Whilst we accept all responsibility in delivering the guitar safely to your door on the date of delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are available to accept the delivery. We have no control over the buyers local delivery staff and are not liable for any issues related to theft etc if the buyer is not home to accept delivery on the agreed date. In addition, any redelivery charges incurred will also be the responsibility for the buyer.
International shipping may be subject to customs/import duties or other associated taxes. The buyer is responsible for these costs both 1) when importing, and 2) when a guitar is redelivered/returned back to us (for any reason). The buyer is also responsible for communicating directly with customs in a timely manner to ensure the guitar is delivered safely once it reaches your country. Failure to do so may result in customs storage charges, or (in extremely rare cases) the guitar being destroyed - to which we will need to be compensated in full for.
Every country has individual import policies, so ensure you check your country policies these prior to buying. Note: USA customers will be able to avoid import VAT duty on USA built guitars if a 'Foreign Shippers Declaration of US Goods Returned' form is completed on purchase.
Please allow 7-10 days on international orders to accomodate customs processing which is not within our control.
